Specific 'wheelchair platform' tickets for visitors with a disability

People with a disability who wish to use the wheelchair platform at Werchter Boutique need to buy SPECIAL TICKETS. You can reserve these tickets by filling out this form.

The tickets for the wheelchair platform cost 89 euro in presale, including service costs and a mobility contribution and only a limited number of tickets is available. You can only make a reservation if you send us a copy of your European blue parking card or of another official document which states that you have a disability.

If you do not wish to use the wheelchair platform, simply buy ordinary tickets. However, if you want to use other facilities (parking, alternative entrance, folding chair...), please make your request in advance by filling out this form.

Please make your request for all necessary facilities before May 25, 2018.

If you have any questions regarding the purchase of tickets for the wheelchair platform, you can contact Ticketmaster at +32 (0)70 223 193.

If you have any further questions regarding the facilities for people with a disability, you can contact boutique@inter.vlaanderen.

Watch out for tickets being offered through black market or second hand websites and social media!

There is a legal framework that curbs the resale of tickets. The Belgian law of 30 July 2013 concerning the sale of tickets to events states that:

  • The occasional resale of tickets is allowed if the sale price is not higher than the definitive price that is on the ticket.
  • The non-occasional or regular reselling, or making platforms available where non-occasional resale can take place or where the price can exceed the maximum permitted price is prohibited.
  • The sale of free tickets, invitations, sponsor tickets or special offers of tickets before the official sale date is prohibited.
  • The victim of above mentioned practices can reclaim from the reseller the excess amount paid.

Nevertheless, the trade in festival tickets on parallel markets is rampant. Contrary to tickets purchased via the official ticket channels, tickets purchased on the black market do not guarantee validity. All too often we find that fraudulent tickets are offered via these channels. It is possible that tickets purchased on a parallel market are on the blacklist, so the access to the festival will be refused. More info on this subject can be found on FPS Economy.
