Werchter Boutique does not have a minimum age. But everyone at the festival must be in possession of a festival ticket, children included. There is no reduction for children. We advise against coming to the festival with young children. No specific facilities are provided for children. A busy festival can be intense for young children.
All mobility info will be available on this website later. Ticket holders will receive all mobility information by email in the run-up to the festival.

The safety and health of concert and festival goers, artists and their crew, employees and neighboring residents is always our highest priority. We have a robust safety policy. In the run-up to the festival, we organize intensive meetings with the local and federal police, with the emergency services and the local and provincial authorities. There are also meetings during the festival. More info will be given closer to the festival.
For years, the organizers of the Werchter festivals have been investing in making their activities more sustainable. We consciously choose to take responsibility and aim to make a difference. Not with grand words, but with concrete actions. The ambition to reduce our ecological footprint remains strong. In 2026, we continue to build with conviction, enthusiasm, and great energy on the foundations laid in recent years.
Sustainability is a shared responsibility. Everyone is involved: festivalgoers, volunteers, crew, suppliers, partners, and artists. Together, we take small and big steps toward greener festivals. Every step counts.
Achieving the VOKA Charter for Sustainable Entrepreneurship confirms we’re on the right track. A sustainably organized festival is not a trend. It’s a reality.
There are no specific (parking) facilities for pregnant visitors. We recommend taking this into account when planning your visit.
Are you breastfeeding and would you like to express milk on the festival grounds? You can do so at The Milk Factory, a specially equipped and discreet room. You can express milk in peace, clean your equipment, and store it safely. The expressed milk can be kept in the refrigerator until the end of the festival day (collection in the evening). Please bring your own: breast pump, bags, cooling packs, bottles, and other personal supplies.
It is not possible to work as an individual volunteer at Werchter Boutique. We collaborate with many associations from the region around Werchter. Their members dedicate themselves with great enthusiasm on and around the festival grounds. In doing so, they help make the festival possible and support their association, which receives compensation from the organization for this.
The stand room available inside the Festival Park and at The Hive is allocated exclusively to our sponsors and media partners. If you wish to set up a food stand at the festival, get in touch with our catering partner, Bevers & Bevers Catering.
No. On and around the festival grounds - including on public roads - it is prohibited by police regulations to distribute or display flyers, posters, or other promotional material. Sponsors and media partners receive visibility in the Festival Park, in accordance with agreements with the organization.
It is possible to showcase your campaign via Agrafa Affichage with A0 advertisements printed on banners. These banners will be placed along the Festival Park, on the Haachtsesteenweg. For rates and possibilities, you can contact Benny Koch directly via benny@agrafa.be.
